Before filling out the registration form, please review the information below:


  • As this is a rain or shine event, Camping reservations/tickets are non-refundable.
  • Check in time will begin at 10 AM November 2, 2012 and all units must be removed by 11 AM November 6, 2012.
  • No water or power available. Generators are permitted, but if they are loud we ask you to cut them off at 10pm to be a good camper to your neighbors.
  • Due to Fire Department regulations, NO Ground Fires are allowed. All cooking fires must be contained and above ground level. Fireworks are prohibited in the State of Delaware.
  • NO motorized vehicles, (golf carts, four wheelers, motor bikes, battery operated bikes, etc) of any kind are allowed on the WCPCA property. Handicapped scooters are accepted. Units with these vehicles will not be allowed entrance to the grounds.

Violations of any rules or disorderly conduct will result in expulsion from the camping area.

**To ensure you can have adjoining camp sites with friends you a traveling with, it is best to meet offsite and then arrived at the same time to ensure that you are next to each other.

For RV or Camper registration:

  • Only one unit per site will be allowed. All units must be self-contained. As many people can sleep in the motor home as it is designed to hold. (And NO, a Class C motor home is NOT designed to hold 30 students!)
  • Pumping service will be available at your expense ($30) through Piersons. Pumping service can be scheduled on site.

For Tent registration:


  • Each tent site can accommodate 2 tents (of any size), 4 people and 1 car.  Park additional vehicles in the general parking lot close to the site.
